About Gordana, a passionate pastry chef

After having left Yugoslavia in 1993 and, as a result, her legal career, Gordana worked several jobs before following a course at the École hôtelière de Laval in 2000.

Driven by the desire to share her newfound skills and her home country's traditional dishes, the entrepreneur opened a small bakery in LaSalle with the help of her husband and their two sons.

Pâtisserie Gordana is therefore the result of a pastry chef and her family's hard work. There you'll find fresh food made with love. Come try it: one bite, and you'll be hooked!
